Flexible Galaxy S21 Phone Case

Great model, fits like a glove - BUT with an important side-note: if you print in a material harder than 85A, you will need to scale the model up to 82.8mm in X-axis by 163.8mm in Y-axis (Z remains unchanged), or you won't be able to squeeze the phone into the case.

The photo shows a model printed in Filaflex 82A in original dimensions. I also tried printing one in 98A, but as I did not scale it up - it did not fit! (edited)

the Galaxy S21 is 151.7 x 71.2 x 7.9 mm. Those are the values I used in Fusion 360 to design this

@jonnieZG Ah, yeah.. I usually print with very low infill for phone cases because I want some bounce. So I print with 8% or so

@tommck if you used less infill it might have been strechy enough to fit. If you look at the dimensions of the phone and the inner dimensions of the case, you'll see that the case is ~2mm tighter, so it really needs to be stretched out - especially to pass the rim that frames the screen.

@jonnieZG weird. I printed it with SainSmart TPU which is 95A and it was fine for me
