This is a replacement part for G430 Logitech headphones. The side piece that always breaks, has been rebuilt stronger than before.

This is for the right speaker side, if you need the left side just mirror them in your slicer program.

Other parts you will need are

4 - m3 screws at least 20mm long.

4 - m3 nuts.

To replace the part unscrew the 4 black screws. The smaller piece of plastic should come loose.

The larger piece of plastic goes all the way around the wire and metal frame. you will have to break it to get it off. (Mine was so broken that most of it just fell off.)

Take the inside replacement piece and lineup the rectangular notch with the rectangular part of the grey prong coming out of the headphone.

Line up the metal frame with the screw holes. there should be a little overlap with the grey prong.

Line everything with the outside piece and screw it together.
\n

I printed these at .3mm, 40% infill, with 4 outer layers. This was probably overkill, and a finer layer height would likely work better.
