@xorath_775897 Thank you for your feedback, I have added a new file. The SD slot there is a bit larger in height. Now it's better to get to the SD card.

Printed lid and case at the same time with PETG without any problems. The memory card is however barely accessible on my rpi4b even with a tweezer or plier because its too far inside the case (edited)
