Sovol SV08 (Or other Klipper machines) Filament Saving Code for Filament Runouts

Because the filament detector of the SV08 is so far away from the extruder, I worked out code that when inserted into printer.cfg (or elsewhere, assuming you comment out the conflicting code already in printer.cfg) that will keep a running tally of extruded filament after the runout happens, and then only actually pause to change filaments after 700 mm has been extruded, thereby saving 700mm of filament that would have gone in the bin every time. It doesn't seem to call the unload procedure just yet, so, there's that still to do, or, do yourself, but it works in principle.
