Prompt for Generating Designs without Islands

I needed creat an svg for a parametric sound hole design.  Getting any LLM to understand the concept of ISLANDS is a chore.  Here is a prompt that I worked out that will deliver about 80 percent of the time.  

Create a high-contrast, black and white vector graphic for a CNC cutout. The design must be a central, bold, decorative medallion. The white areas of this central medallion must extend outwards in several places, like branches or spokes, to physically connect and merge with the surrounding solid white background. The black areas represent the holes and must be solid black with no textures. The entire white area must be one single, interconnected piece. It is absolutely forbidden to enclose the design in an outer ring or border; the design's only outer edge must be where it merges with the background

The black is the negative (cut out) areas.
