I really like the 3D printable badges that Printables.com gives for reaching different badge milestones so I printed the ones I achieved. I wanted to share my makes of these badges so putting them in an article seemed liked the best way to do it. To make the article more interesting I searched what other badges are in the community to download and print. I grouped them into different categories below, starting with official badges that you earn, then there is a section on fan-made official looking badges in identical style as the official ones. There are a few in alternative style and remakes of standard badge award levels. Then there is a section on other fan-made badges such as for the number of likes, generic Prusa style badge, and other winner/milestone styles. The last group is a light-hearted section on parody badges featuring lesson's learned demerit badges, and ones for spamming and overdoing it. A final section on my badge printing tips and experience concludes this article.
These are the official badges you earn and download from your profile. Thus far I earned nine of them. I am aware of a Contest Winner badge which another user posted so I shared it here too.

Maker - Expert - Level 5
I'll note here I think it makes more sense to have Expert to be higher than Professional, like they do for the designer badge.

A few members shared models of badges for ones that weren't officially released, primarily the lower level badges. I printed these too, model links are available below.

I decided to make my own “official-looking” badges by remixing the models officially released. They look like the following:
Designer - Proficient - Level 3 (featuring an Icosahedron)

Designer - Advanced - Level 4

Designer - Professional - Level 6

Star of Design - Nebula - Level 1

Keeping in spirit of the “do-not-share” release notes from the official badges I decided not to post these models, but if you have earned these badges and want them reach out to me.

Demerit Badges meant for commemorating common mistakes such as nozzle slamming the bed, making spaghetti, building a blob around the nozzle and more. I think many of us can relate.

Printing the badges at 100% scale they turned out smaller than I expected and this smallness sometimes meant not at the pieces snapped or fit together easily. More often than not I had to sand, trim, or cut to make pieces fit and sometimes used some krazy glue as well. I suppose if I had a better more well tuned printer this might not have been the case. I made a good choice to print the orange pieces (bottom center covers and nibs) in TPU, this made it fit in much easier as TPU is more forgiving for tolerances. For the numbers I combined the number and its circle base into a single model and also printed that in white TPU, link below for these models if you want them. This was also a wise choice as it took a little force to get it in the base. I used black marker to make the numbers look black. I printed the bases in black PLA and used silver paint marker for the top borders, I was too lazy to do a filament change to get it printed in a grey/silver filament. For the Maker 1, 2, and 3 badge bases I had to edit the base models to add the correct label text (Novice & Explorer). I used blue filament for the water/ribbons, and white filament for the maniac eyes/mouth, these were all also printed in TPU. Finally, I used yellow matte PLA for the centerpiece objects. All the filaments were Sunlu brand. Looking closely it is definitely fair to critique the quality as there is ghosting on the base lettering, and some yellow centerpieces with fine details could have printed better. I mostly used 0.2mm layer height, in retrospect I should have gone with finer layer heights and possibly scaled up the model or used a smaller nozzle. Overall, I am pleased with how they turned out, particularly my filament color choices. I welcome feedback to hear what you think of them.
