HELP WITH TOOLBOX MAKE AND DESIGN

I am hoping someone can help me with something.... I been searching for files to print like the one in the pictures. I know that if I buy on its only $30 but kind of wanted to print it myself. I am not skilled enough to make and design yet so was asking if one of my friends could help me.

it doesn't have to be the same as this, but the concept of it fitting in a toolbox drawer with the supports to hold them up. this has metal but would love to it to all be printed. all help would be great…
