This spool bot is absolute cinema in any regard, in my opinion it uses a 3D printer for its intended purpose . No! Not making things ,designing overengineered works of art that will break you mentally and end up in a box in the corner if your room to be procrastinated on for ages before eventually being finished and bringing heaps of joy and trickery. But in all regards this is a beautiful model with a beautiful video to explain it.
Internals printed were printed Prusament Black PETG with the filament sections printed in material of your choice, he went with Prusament Orange PLA.
He used PrusaSlicer with optimized print settings at 0.25mm layer height. The only adjustment was to set 3 perimeters instead of 2.
Overall great model would highly recommend if you have the time.
