Printables Clubs is a subscription service that allows you to support your favorite creators. By subscribing to a Creator's Club, you help creators build sustainable income sources. This, in turn, provides them with more resources to create exclusive models for their supporters!

Supporting a creator in Printables Clubs doesn't necessarily involve purchasing access to the exclusive models. It's a gesture that encourages creators to continue their work.

Yes, but not in Printables Clubs. Please activate your Printables Store in the settings, specifically designed for selling 3D models.

Creating and running your Club is completely free and there is no monthly fee.

Yes! Reach at least 50 supporters in your Club by the end of October 2023 and we’ll double your earnings on Printables since your Club started! The maximum bonus is limited to $10,000 USD.

Note: Every Club eligible for the bonus will undergo a review process. In case of suspicious activities, we reserve the right not to grant the bonus to the creator.

The money goes directly from the supporter to the creator, with a 10% Printables fee which will be used to help cover the costs of servers and development. The payment from the supporter to the creator is also subject to fees outside of our control, such as currency conversions or the Stripe payment fee based on Stripe rates.

Printables Clubs work globally in 46 countries (list of countries). Users have to reach level 18 and 150 followers to be able to set up their Club. User can skip this requirement by submitting portfolio together with application, e.g. if the creator have an established profile on another platform.

Exclusive models are optional benefits creators may offer to supporters. They appear on a separate tab on the creator's profile and are accessible to all supporters.

No, all Exclusive models are accessible to all your supporters, regardless of their subscription tier. However, creators can assign different licenses to a model based on the tier a user has purchased. The purpose of Clubs is to financially support creators. Assigning models to specific tiers would shift the focus towards a marketplace model.

In the top menu bar, choose "Settings" below your avatar, then select "Set up my Club." You'll go through a four-step wizard where you need to enter your basic information, create 1-5 tiers for your supporters, and set up your payout method.

The variety and type of Exclusive content available depends on the creator. In general, Exclusive content can include:

• Exclusive models (accessible through "My Memberships" by selecting the creator and navigating to the "Exclusive models" tab)
• Community posts and polls (found in the "Community" section under "My Clubs")

To support a creator, purchase a membership in their Club at your chosen tier. Each tier offers different benefits based on the price.

You can find creators through freely available models in the Printables 3D model database or in the "Discover creators" section of the Printables Clubs page.

To manage your subscriptions, click on your profile picture or avatar and choose the "My Memberships" option.

Some creators may provide commercial usage licenses for exclusive models to specific membership tiers, allowing you to use them for commercial projects.

The minimal tier price is $3 USD, the maximum price is $100.

Payment can be made using credit/debit cards or through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

No, the prices are always in USD, and it's not possible to set a different currency. Of course, you can also pay in a different currency, and the bank will perform a currency conversion.
