Good tool, I will cut the cardboard easier.

Made this successfully with PLA, but it does require some post-printing work: the MagSafe puck holder is too small to fit the puck, I had to use a deburring tool to enlarge the hole a bit. Same with the smaller holes to clip the front cover on, had to enlarge them with a deburring tool. Once I did all that, the charging puck and parts fit together just fine.
Of note, I'm using these JSAUX pucks that are the exact same size as an actual MagSafe charger and can charge iPhones at 7.5W and Samsungs at 15W: https://www.amazon.com/Magnetic-Wireless-JSAUX-Compatible-Charger-Blue/dp/B095BZFX4L/ref=pd_bxgy_d_sccl_1/143-1464788-7908456?psc=1
@formerglory_858478 Thanks for sharing. What printer did you print this on? I printed on a Bambu X1C and the puck fits perfectly. To be clear, you do have to "shove it in", but it was designed to be a super tight fit so it wouldn't fall out or need any form of adhesive to keep it in. Thanks!
@tonyv Printed them on my Bambu P1S
So I like the design a lot. Unfortunately the GEEETECH TPU (95A) I tried to use was too stiff for me to push into the holes, even when using pliers to squeeze both sides and attempting to deburr the hole sides.
I would have persevered some more to make it fit but it seems to not work well with my iPhone case either, and even after reprinting a thinner version of the main TPU piece, it still does not seem to grip properly as the bumper from the case gets in the way. :(
@pals4life_762321 Great! Glad it works for you. Looks great in Galaxy Black (or some filament close to it!)
@tonyv poly maker galaxy black :)
Easy print. Printed in some black/orange PLA left over from Halloween lol. Works perfect! Thank you!
@Paerrin_515054 Looks good! Hope it helps you not melt your cable like I almost did LOL! Thanks for sharing.
@tonyv It has worked perfectly to keep the cable out of the way. As a bonus, you can stick the cable back through the top piece to keep it wrapped up nice to put away when not in use. I also installed the tip holder.
Super usefull for the AMS, I place the reusable silica for not waste avery time the balls.
So this is a pretty simple/easy build. The only recommendation I have is changing the lid to 99% scale. 100% makes it practically impossible to open. Works great after that.
Awesome! Holds a little more than 1 can, been making them for everybody I know.
