Love the build, so easy to print and the fact that you can mix and match is very nice :)

Printed from PETG, works and fits well.

Printed in Grey and Black JAYO/SunLu PETG - flawless easy to print. I used box to store 3D printing tools and stuff. (edited)

Great print! Not exactly sure what I will use this for but it will hold a good selection of things without problem. Fits together well and the hinge works awesome!

Nice, strong and easy to print buckle. It came a bit loose, but I could adjust it in the slicer settings (x-y compensation).
Could you make a version with the strip adjustability on both sides? It is a better option for backpack.

Very good design, used it for the school bag of my son.

Could you provide side B as a variant for adjustable strap, like side A?

Great tool and easy print. Bonus points that I didn't have to make a trip the tool store, which we all know would mean buying more than just a scribe.

I'm happy with it so far. Great design. It'd be more useful if it was bigger though.

I was searching for a parametric cable winder, but unfortunately I'm unable to work on this model in the latest version of Fusion360 - as soon as I change any parameters, I receive a large number of errors about sketch constraints being lost and features failing to compute. For example, changing the parameter "Primary_Outer_Width":

@MysticVirus_2901173, thank you for the note here and for your support! I just gave this model a look in the latest version of Fusion360, and was able to reproduce the problem you noted here. The issue had to do with an offset in one of the sketches not adjusting properly when the "Primary_Outer_Width" parameter was changed. I've now updated that sketch and uploaded a new version of the source design file here (with name "Portable Cable Winder v59.f3d") that resolves that issue. Note that for more complex models like this though, you won't always be able to simply adjust the parameters without seeing any warnings throughout the design timeline (as the design timeline in Fusion360 can get a bit finicky when adjusting parameters). I still notice, for example, when I change that parameter to some values that I'll sometimes get a warning on just one of the fillets. To sort that kind of thing out, what I'll sometimes do is have both the original version and new version open simultaneously in Fusion360 (in two different tabs), and then I can change a parameter in the new version and the simultaneously refer back to the same step in the timeline in the original version for any steps that generate a warning after the change. I hope that new source design file helps a bit though, and best of luck!

I supported this model as a supporter and downloaded it. But it is different from the model in the picture. The parts of SHROUD, PIVOT CLAMP, and PIVOT SHAFT are omitted. RAIL is also different from the picture, so it cannot be completed overall.I hope it will be replaced with the finished version FILE. (edited)

@squinn I'm sorry. I think I made a mistake because I'm a beginner. Thank you for your response (edited)

@jake_2089814, no problem at all, and I'm glad to hear you got it figured out! FYI - I have a video posted (and corresponding F3D) file for the following model, which you may enjoy checking out as well: https://www.printables.com/model/811455-container-pod-parameterized

It works well on Fusion 360. It's a very cool piece.

@jake_2089814, awesome, and thank you for your support!
