i have a different speaker, so i'm not going to print this, but I love the idea. might make a model for the bose soundlink mini 2 (edited)
Great model, thanks for sharing! Printed with a 0.6mm nozzle and took 4hrs with eSun+ PLA. I had to drill the mounting hole out just a little for the screw I used, but all good. The screws I used for the bottom/floor ended up being M3x8mm screws. (edited)
Printed with ABS. I also printed some TPU washers to go around the screw on each side to help secure it better and prevent water leaking inside thru screw hole.
The pins that connect the roof to the body snapped off. Might need to be thicker, or shorter to help strengthen. I would also suggest another point of contact to screw the house into a tree/post etc. Maybe at the bottom? The single screw point does not secure as well as I wanted. The entire house shifted when a squirl walked on the roof.
used a bolt shaft with our threads for the perch. then I made a remix with a stronger perch rod
Attempted to print and it appears the tabs on the tower are too large to fit the holes in the base. While attempting to assembled I struggled to get it to fit into the holes and one of the tabs snapped, I took the broke piece and attempted to fit it into one of the holes and it was too large even on its own.
