This works great! Printed the one piece model in PLA with a brim. No issues. I had to widen the tip hole ever so slightly for a firm fit of the ferule. No glue used. Really useful print. Thanks for sharing!

Hi mulcmu, tried your feeder, but get some problems with ergonomics. It is made for right hand usage, where I normally hold my iron. This could be solved by mirroring. The bigger problem is that you can either use the recessed grips for the fingers - good guidance of the feeder - or the trough for the feed - feeder can then no longer be guided well. I have not been able to do both at the same time. The feeder is also only suitable for very thin solder - 0.5 mm - as thicker solder - 1 mm - can no longer be fed through the finger well enough as soon as it is slightly bent at the funnel. Nevertheless, thanks for sharing the model.
Printed for use on pressure washer outlet.
Threads a tad tight, but could be due to my print settings. Thanks for the model.
