Both printed vertically at the same time, one requires more reworking due to the support in order to protect the rope. Very good idea and very practical. Durability is being tested.

I printed with 3 wall lines, 30% Infill and cubic infill. As support, I used tree type support structures. I used ABS as print material to make the tensioners durable enough for outdoor usage.
Make sure to use the same print direction. When using a different orientation on the print bed, the tensioner will probably break much easier.
