Any way you could upload a CAD file of this to ease remixes? I'd like to bump out the mount to even with the release handle to make my din rail clips work with this.
I would like to remix these to use perpendicular mounting instead of parallel mounting. Could you please upload the STEP files so I don't have to try clean the mesh up in Fusion before modifying them?

This would be a very good model, if only the spring could be defined closer. If the spring constant is changing, the whole instrument shows widely different tensions...
Please elaborate where to source a known spring, like: spring from Ballpoint pen by brand xy!
Was going to build this but it seems the other half of the belt block is missing at least according to the step file. I'm confused how I'm supposed to secure the x axis belt without it.

Help me understand please. It looks like the bolt that holds the aluminum belt clamp, goes right through the belt. Have you printed this thing? or did you just design without testing?
