Nice Remix! Well Done!
You are welcome. Thanks for the make and rating.
Printed in PETG. Model is easy to print. Lid stays in place, but can be fixed better(idea for improvement).
Thanks for model! (edited)
@Anoby_464694 thanks for the make and rating. If I find time I will think about how to optimize the lid further.
It is cool and useful to me. I need these all of the time
@JohnDoe_2685154 thanks, they where missing in a set a friend of mine bought.
Interesting. I will definately create an STL generator for this. Thanks for the remix
Really nice remix, and nice and easy to change the size of the magnets, as mine had different dimensions. (Mine were 10mm x 2.4mm)
Using the file "dicebox-with-indents-for-magnets-6x2.3mf" I could just do the following to resize the negative volumes in Bambu Studio:
1. Click on one of the volumes, and select the "Scale" function.
2. Disable Uniform Scale
3. Input the diameter in both X and Y fields.
4. Input 2x the height of the magnet in the Z-field. (In my case 2.40 x 2 = 4.80)
5. Close the scale menu and on the same volume, select the "Move" Function.
6. Change the setting to "World coordinates" and then set the Z-value to 15 (or whatever the height is from the plate to the layer the magnet should sit flush on is, use the measuring-function to be sure).
Repeat step 1-6 for each of the volumes. (edited)
Nice make! And thanks for sharing the configuration steps.
Printed in Prusament PETG on mk4.
