it's pretty good, I would recommend making the rest wider a little bit and slightly rounded off at the edge.
I printed this with PETG, then I used a length of double-sided sticky tape to attach it to the mouse. I also use the same tape skimping for expensive mouse skates. (edited)
@AFARProducti_1200763 Glad you liked! I made 3 prototypes before settling on this one, I guess it depends a lot on the shape of your hand. But if you want a little bit wider, could you try to change the dimensions on your slicer, maybe 110% on the Y axis?

Works perfectly as described. It lowered the overall height so my printer can fit in a smaller enclosure, and feels strong enough to support the hanging rolls. Perfect!
Printed Several of these around for around the house. I ended up gluing one of them together.
i printed the bottom half from Prusament PETG and the top part from Das Filament TPU. (edited)
