Printed in PLA on a X1C at default settings. Was very hard to get Q2 Elite strap onto it, but I started from the back and got it.
The Q3 end kept popping off no matter what I did. I installed everything and used a heat gun for a few seconds and was able to bend the end in. If you do this, be sure you squish the ends over for the lip to grab.

Also, be very sure to clean out any support and junk, even a 1mm piece of support will be enough to cause issues.

Headset much improved!!!

Heating up the adapter with a hair dryer immediately before applying was crucial to help wrap it around the curvature of the Quest 3's arm for me. Working nicely!

really nice design!
I printed most parts in ABS
The Bays part is a bit difficult to print in ABS though - so I switched to PETG for that which worked better.

However, just a suggestion:
Would it be possible to break up the bays into smaller components like it is done with the main compartment for the mainboard?

Cheers and thanks for the design :) (edited)

my setup:
- Mainboard: ASRock J5040-ITX Mini-ITX with Intel Quad-Core J5040
- power: Sharkoon SilentStorm SFX Bronze 450W
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance SODIMM 2x16GB DDR4 2400MHz
- PCIe extension cable
- PCIe NVME adapter
- WD Blue SN570 NVMe SSD 1TB
- Nocturna NF-A 14 ULN fan
- 4x Seagate IronWolf NAS HDD 2TB 3.5" in software RAID5
- OS: Arch Linux

All in all, a super fun build!

I ended up getting the premium version, to facilitate additional drive connections via the PCIe slot. My total PETG usage was 3086g, using 5 perimeters, 5 tops, 5 bottoms, and 50% gyroid infill. (The only optional thing I printed was three 120mm fan adapters.)

A couple comments:

- Awesome work on the v1.2 drive bays! I'm a little sad I ended up printing the v1.1 bays just days before the update dropped, because I did have some bridging issues. I'm glad to see those won't be a problem in the future.
- My experience with the linked AliExpress M3 screws was a little less than ideal. I had 6 of them snap off during the build. Digging those out of the plastic ended up being a real nightmare. For anyone attempting this build, I'd suggest finding stronger screws, or at least re-drilling the screw holes after your prints are done.
- I'd love to see some sort of option for a mesh bottom on the fan shroud, to prevent interference from wires when attached near the motherboard. (I ended up designing a quick mesh for my fans to solve a wire rubbing issue. Photo attached.)
- Also on the fan shroud, it would also be nice to have a side loading slot for the fan, like on the drive bays. That way, you don't have to take off the entire top to replace a fan.

Again, great design.

@petercertik_1497235 Those screws must be like only 30% metal or something. I'll try melting the plastic around that one, but it is pretty far in there.

@IClavdivs_2149065 30% somehow sounds realistic after breaking so many. xD

Best of luck!
