Works well! Just cut a little out on the inside to get it to fit as its a very small part. Printed in hard plastic

@DaneTombleso_2511127 I printed it in TPU, so it is sized to be a tight fit with a little stretch. I can see how the fit may be a little small if printing in a rigid material. I have updated the description to mention that. I am glad it worked for you. (edited)
Great stencil. Lines up perfectly with the receiver. Saves my ocd from trying to cut the velcro freehand.
Very nice changes! Much closer to my personal favorite, Geissele Block (edited)
I have the OEM front tool. This is great to have as a backup. Perfect size right off the printer and fits the front cap well. PETG to withstand cleaning solvents. Thanks got sharing.
Worked perfectly, thank you for sharing this. Used to have to try 3-4 times to align the front module and main stack baffle clips on assembly. Now they line up perfectly with this tool. Printed from PETG to withstand cleaning solvents.
Printed well along with the end cap tool in Polymaker PCmax, thanks for posting both of these up!
THANKS! Broke the stock one on my 2004 LJ and couldn't find this size anywhere. I did have to ream the hole in the lock arm to .25" but then it fits fine. I broke the first one trying to force it in the stock hole. (edited)

Ya I had issues with it being to loose on one door but just right on another, so I made it tighter and just reamed it out as needed. Hard to make the clip larger after it prints. (edited)
Used this one for my nylon hammer wich is a bit bigger in diameter but nothing that some heat can’t solve.
Printed in 0.2mm, 10% infill and 3 perimeters (edited)
Amigo what did you use to stick it to the machine?
@Geemee_44651 I used the 3M Command strips so it can be removed easily. On the wide picture you can just see the white tab of the adhesive strip poking out the front. (edited)
Hat super geklappt. Teile habe ich zusammen geklebt und dann mit doppelseitigem Klebeband am Gehäuse fest gemacht.
Seriously genius little design! Super handy to be able to remove the tray, or even just spin it around.
I printed this in Overture "Digital Blue" PETG with 0.3mm layer heights, and it turned out fantastic.
