Fits diagonally even on small print beds.
Very simple and efficient design. Love it, I cut a hole in the deck to use it as an organizing/tray on my desk. Done and it came out great. (edited)

@JonasBouchar_1887518 The fit depends a bit on the print settings and the filament. Also each printer has some tolerances for the plastic parts. Nice to hear that with a little sanding it now fits.

0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeter.
Infill: Hilbert Curve 15%
Should have used 4 or 5 perimeter to make the frame a little stronger with this infill, but it is ok.
It is good to get a feel for the strength of the different types of infill.
