Love this model. Super easy to print and the size is perfect, Large!

@jatkinson10 Thanks. Glad to hear that 👍
Works great!
Adding a small chamfer at the bottom would give it a more symmtetrical look, in my opinion.
Most practical print EU West & East
Nice Design my Frechdachso
Made from ABS Carbon & TPU 85A
@TestoMane_1519175 Nice looking hella dope
Had to do few modifications
- Nocuta_Mounting.stl: cut the model at 2.8mm height since Noctua a4x20 have the cable on the other side, when used as exhaust.
- PCI_Slot_Screw_Cover.stl: enlarged it by scaling to 102% in height and thickness, then cut 1mm from top and bottom, without this change, it would *really* wobble, not sure if it was intentional.
Installed first the PCI screw cover loosely, then put the bracket, clicked it in and then screwed the rest of the way.
Printed in Prusament PC Blend because the Prusament PETG started to warp due to the RTX A4000 heat.
@donfrechdachs_136720 I think all that would need to be done is to mirror the cable cut-out location and it should work.
As for the printer, It is regular mk3s+ with Revo 6, I think this is because I use "external perimeter first" option. I have it always enabled since this gives me best fitting parts and make sure that if there's any imperfection, it will be pushed onto inside rather than being visible on outer shell.
The reason why A4000 was making it warp is because of the shroud design. It dumps about half the hot air on the inside of the case and rest on the outside, so it is directly blowing at the fans and the mount you designed. I am not able to touch the upper screws on fans when I have this card running for >=30 minutes at its full 140W power draw.
@donfrechdachs_136720 did you ever get the chance to made the modified version for the a4x20? in the current stl. the fans can only be mounted in intake since the cable comes from the other side of the fan.
I was restoring a kettler table for my sons christmas present, and broke the stemtube at 11pm on Christmas eve. did a panicked search and found this. Sent it to my printer and went to bed. Woke up with a perfect print and took less than 15 min to install this. Worked great. I printed in PETG at 100% infill and it looks and feels very sturdy. If I were to do it again, i would scale it up slightly, which I do with most of my PETG prints. Thanks so much for making this file available!
Fits perfectly - thank you!
encaja perfectamente, muchas gracias!! :)
lo he imprimido en negro y PETG, disculpa, pero no hice foto :( (edited)
