Thanks for a great propeller launcher design
I've found some room for improvement;
-the lid does not fit as the hole for the small gear isn't round
-the supporting axel for the large gear isn't long enough to protrude through the hole in the lid
-not sure if its my printer or choice of filament, PLA-CF for the launcher and PLA for the prop, but the prop sits too firm on the launch peg to release.
It works and we are having great fun with it, after som mechanical alterations. :D
Wooooooo! Top mounted filament! So much nicer than the side mount. Mine didn't turn out too dimensionally accurate, so was only able to fit in one screw. Holds up absolutely fine! I would increase the size by about 5% if I were you when printing.
A lot nicer than the side mount, I would even go as far as saying I think it's improved print quality very very slightly. You should cut off a bit of the PTFE tubing and stick it in to the extruder just to prevent heat creep and help the fillament go in nicer. You can see what I did in the photo.
10/10 print, would print again, this makes the already awesome Kobra 2 Pro even better.

What about the Filament sensor? why is everyone just by-passing it?
Is there a part in this that Im not seeing? this does not seem right to have the Filament kinked around and feed properly .. ? (edited)
@Saraba_77699 There are mods to relocate the sensor to the top of the printhead.

Printed up like a charm. I also printed up this screw to attach the camera with since I didn't have any spare lying about.

Thank you so much for your review, @auroratechchannel and for making this side spool mounting mod for the Sovol Zero. It was the first mod that I printed, and it installed seamlessly (printed in Purple PETG from Greengate). Love it and can't wait to see what else that you share! (edited)
