Thanks for sharing your design! Does this replace the existing cover, or is the existing cover supposed to be installed over/covering these printed parts?

@Kev1990n_1112408 replace existing cover. Also you have to findout what to do with sun radiation sensor for Climate Control system if you have it. My car has simple AC and there is no sensor, just wire with connector.
By the way even ABS meted under sun. :( So I'd recommend to use PC (polycarbonate) filament or PC-ABS filament. They has highter meltin temperature and should stay ok under sun.
