Wow man, great job! Pretty sure one of these will fit the Twin Turbo Lamborghini by Tyco too, same tires. Nice.

This fit my Metro Aero Jet Hopper perfectly - thanks! Now to find matching front (20mm wide) tyres. (edited)
Thank you for making these! My car is a F10 Thunderbolt, and I've never been able to find replacement tires for it in any hobby shop for the almost 20 years I've had the car. That said, my car is a different scale, so I had to do some experimentation with resizing the tires to fit.
Here are the details for anyone else running a Nikko Frame Buggy that has 50mm rims for both the front and back wheels.
FRONT TIRE: Use uniform scaling. using 70mm on the X axis should make the scale 116.76%. For me, Cura showed X=70mm, Y=70.02mm, Z=23.35. Technically, this might be able to shrink down about 0.5mm on X&Y to make it a little tighter on the rim, but these work fine at this size.
REAR TIRE: DON'T use uniform scaling (or the tire will be too wide for the rim). Scale X=115mm, Y=115mm, Z=42mm.
This results in a tire that definitely is a lot larger than the original tires that came with the car, but has an absolutely perfect fit on the rim. The larger diameter of the tire should mean being able to get a little extra speed out of the car.
I found that using a scrap leftover piece of PLA filament from the end of a roll made a nice tool to aid in getting the tires on to the rims.
I'm so thrilled to be able to dust this car off and take it for a spin again, after the rear tires flattened and turned to goo about 10 years ago!
@terminator29_411041 Thank you for posting your make and supplying all the details! I'm glad you made them work. I have started working on the F10 tires. I have a rear prototype that I have not yet test printed. Here it is if you want to test it. https://www.printables.com/model/483682 (edited)
