I started printing your compound crossbow but I have to admit, I like this one better. Unfortunately, I don't think I could assembly it without further instruction. Mainly the cable routing. Any chance you are working on instructions for it?

Any chance you could share the original files? I like the compactness, but would like to see if I could adjust the gear reduction (more like 6 or 8:1) without goofing up everything trying to do it in blender or similar.

@Wormser_2326302 Just assemble it the same as on the photo.
Bottom_pusher, on top of it bottom_walls and onto that the mold.
Put empty 00 capsules in the holes and cover it with spacer. Fill it with anything you want and compact it using the pusher. When you finish compacting, remove the spacer, slide out the bottom_walls and push the mold down.
The bottom_pusher should push up the filled capsules, after which you just put the capusule ends on top of them and remove them one by one.

@billde_cat The short range can be due to the pierced hole being not large enough.
Inspect the fired rocket and look at the hole left in the co2 cartridge. If its too small you need longer nail or somehow readjust it so that it pierces deeper and makes larger hole.
The shorter barrel probably doesn't impact the range that much. Longer barrel will make the rockets fly more accurately though. (edited)

Looks like a good build, printed and like the fit. I hope you can answer a question. Which battery are you using with this design? I have smaller 1000mAh batt. but they are too big for the back.
