I combined the base and baseball into a single item before printing. I used grid supports and it printed great and they came off really easy. A little bit of cosmetic issues underneath, but no one will see that.
I also used a 0.2mm nozzle in order to get the threads looking right. Layer height was 0.05mm but you could probably get by with 0.1mm. Printed with PLA using 6 walls and 100% infill. Again, not sure either of those need to be that high, but it was something I read in relation to jibbitz in general. I also changed the top surface pattern to concentric.
