Used a 9V battery to VIN instead of 2 AAs. Also rewrote some of the code to have telegram messages rather than email to sms because i was having some issues where the message wouldnt get delivered for like 12-24 hours. If anyone else wants the telegram code let me know and ill upload it to github.
@suited_335789 just an observation, but it looks like your setup is backwards. William's trigger is continually pressed down while armed and once activated, the switch is depressed. Yours likes look the metal bar will hit the arm and press the switch. This may cause damage to your 3d printed part, but if you were going to throw it away anyways, then no harm no foul.
@LukeBakken_2859268 yes i did notice that after putting it all together. I changed the code to function correctly with how its currently set up. and yeah the arm will break but its an 11 minute print anyway so not a big deal
This is the most gloriously unnecessary thing ever! I love it.
This is good example of why some things would not exist in real life if it were not for 3d printers.
What's the center to center distance between the two levers? So we can make sure we don't make handles that collide with each other. (edited)
@BlaineHalee_1446063 I was wondering the same thing. Judging from the video I would estimate about 2.25 inches
This is almost the best chicken feeder I have ever seen. It would be the best if it was 5 times bigger but its not
@JohnDoe_2979060 scale it
Scaled to 80% to print on a1 mini, worked fine.
