The Vogland Orcs are a growing collection of characterful, slightly unhinged Orc miniatures from the world of Vogland — a fantasy setting documented with great seriousness, despite overwhelming evidence that none of this should be taken too seriously.
These Orcs are not grimdark monsters. They are overconfident, poorly organised soldiers who believe they are highly trained professionals, even when tripping over their own weapons. The humour is dry and in-world: incidents are recorded as doctrine, catastrophic mistakes are treated as training milestones, and nothing is ever officially considered a failure.
Visually, the figures lean toward expressive, slightly cartooned designs rather than realism, with exaggerated proportions and dynamic poses that print cleanly and paint well. Each model is intended to stand on its own, but together they form loosely organised regiments such as the Stompaxe Infantry and the Hookaxe Guard, whose continued existence suggests that lessons are rarely learned.
All models in this collection are free to download, and designed specifically for resin printing. They are also used as real-world print showcases, having been printed on machines such as the Piocreat Halot X1, but the focus remains on fun, character, and successful prints rather than technical intimidation.
If you enjoy miniatures with personality, subtle humour, and the sense that an entire military doctrine was written after the accident rather than before it, you’ll feel right at home in Vogland.
