@Thisfact_739409 The kids loved it at the Fab Lab. Lab rules are that The Lab is only free for things you design yourself, so currently they're all reverse-engineering your gun! We've had miniature ones, long handled ones, and double-barrelled ones so far. Certainly keeps the younglings thinking.

what was the tolerance gap for the moving parts- i printed this and everything was fused together

This is a great mod. I'm almost certain that even PETG will sag/droop over time. Have you tested that? On my Prusa MK2.5 it uses M3 screws as alignment for the plate.
I wonder, should i start making 3D models again? Been lacking motivation for it for so long.
