How are these working for you? Any issues with the adapters so far? Mine are 30MM as well and looking to go this route.

@Tarrant1701 do you happen to have the Fusion 360 or CAD file for these? The spacing is off just a tiny bit for my tubes, otherwise they are going to work perfect. My tubing just doesn't have as much room as yours between the inner tube notches/guides.

Great design print well with my regular settings, but the tolerance for AA battery slots is too tight! When inserting the battery, it damages the insulated film of one of my AA batteries.
how did you get the LED strip to make the 90degree turn at the corners?
@KevinOConnell_567061 Hi, sorry for the late response! I soldered wires to connect two separate strips at the corners.
Did the job perfectly! I adjusted the lengths to fit my LED strip. I glued the corners because they are a little bit too easy to break. Just to add some regidity to the frame.
