la parte elettrica come si fa?
Cool, one printed a little weirdly making it hard to put on, but I did manage, great grip, great model :)
Hi Syber-Space
Very interesting idea and hopefully useful for me at some point.
But is there a small error in your description? As I understand it, the second break point should be some millimeters before the top level, not 3mm above the first.
And how did you fix the shelves in height? The outer diameter is cylindrical, so the part can drop down. I don't see any stop. It's not a fundamental problem. I would put it down on a short flat surface or on a chamfer. I simply want to understand your design.
@JBoe Sorry it isn't too clear. There is a small (0.2mm) shelf that each of the platforms fits into. There are indexing bumps in each to keep them from rotating too. The pause needs to happen just before the layer that covers those spaces, so that it begins printing over top of the inserted part immediately after the pause. (edited)
@JBoe I've also added a Fusion 360 file if you want to look at the specifics.
Printed in Inland natural PETG. Fits the Stanley folding set just fine. (edited)
Simple aesthetically pleasing tape holder. Would be a great pegboard mounted tray for other things too.
So i printed this and noticed the large circle on the back, makes the part a bit thin. Using the Universal Board Mounts from Sy. Is that large hole needed?
The main vertical wall between where the magnet goes and the pliers is a bit thin and bambu slicer deletes it when slicing for a 0.4mm nozzle when it is printing vertically. If anyone else is printing this, just be aware you may have to add another rectangle to thicken it a bit like I did, or print it laying down with supports. I prefer standing up since removing PETG supports gets annoying in the crevices.
Perfect fit for two different brands of pliers. Other than the screwdriver holder, it's the most used.
Great model. I love gridfinity and the peglock system.
@CT_377698 I like how the two sit next to each other, and you can place a 1x6 perfectly if needed!
This seems really cool, but you don't mention the size of the magnets or give very much helpful info... (edited)
@zhollis21 Sorry! This uses the same 10mm diameter, 3mm depth magnets the original locking mechanism has a space for.
I absolutely love this thing. The magnets are so cool and make it so easy to grab your allen keys. (edited)
