Used Prusament PLA (Jet Black, Prusa Orange, Signal White, Blue), 0,6mm nozzle, 0,2mm layer height.
No glue necessary. Use a sharp nife to separate parts.

Printed on a Bambu X1C with polymaker polyterra charcoal black, polyterra fossil grey & I forget the brand of red…helipad printed with polymaker silk yellow!
It's a good model, but for ease of assembly it's better to scale it up.
On an Ender 3 with esun's PLA+ in cold white.
I really liked the model. My son (5yo) and I had fun assembling it, but it was pretty tight so I had to do most of the actual assembly. We needed to use the flat clippers to widen some/most of the notches (this is likely a first layer issue on my part). We needed some super glue as a result of occasional over widening.
An advice for assembly alignment. To make sure you've got the middle and sides lined up use the bottom notches where the wheels will attach. If those are in alignment the rest of assembly goes very smooth.
