I printed a set of these. They fit very loosely on the sides. Are they supposed to be a tight fit?

@JammerX19 They are supposed to be a little bit lose only because I designed this side mounts to use in project where you will connect two of them on opposite sides (like in my two stands i also uploaded), and make it possible to move quite lighty - its more like part to use in other project, than stand-alone print. If you want make them to fit tighter you may need to adjust it in CAD file or try to change line width or flow
PS. yes, i know i replay after 3 months, i just didn't look at this site for quite a while
Just as a heads up for anyone else with maybe a more recent purchase, the heatsink side of mine has a different teeth count than the original radios. I have 7 teeth on my radio siderail, looks like the original radio version had 4
Otherwise, a great model to do something like an antenna connector relocate
Printed this out but it does not fit my G90. The fins are more tightly packed. May have to design one similar that fits mine.
Printed mine at 25% infill. Nice stand for when I decide to leave the cooking stand behind.
I printed 2 of these and the first one fell apart in my hands and the second one didnt even come close to turning the knob. Just fill the hole with JB-Weld and it will work fine i'm sure.
Knob works great, you might need to tweak the size scaling depending on your printer, though. Printed at 99% scaling and mine is as snug as the stock knob. Only change I would make would be to make the knob a tiny bit bigger in diameter.
No issues with durability on mine, not sure what happened with the other printed make. I used some IC3D R-PETG with 0.2mm layers and 3 walls with 10% infill.
