This thing is massive! An absolute fun build, all went together easily. I only used some hot glue to hold the pieces but I will do a proper assembly and paint later on.

printing from black PLA aurapol, and then final painting with acrylic paints. (edited)

@Shampoo1014 thanks! I drilled a hole and used 5mm slow RGB leds, snuck the battery inside the body

@Mamou_2664332 That's exactly what it was designed for! I am planning on doing an LED ready version which will include supports inside to mount electronics and a battery. LEDs for the eyes and the bottom vents.

Printed with transparent PETG filament with 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.9 mm extrusion width and 0.3 mm layer height. The lid is very stiff because the mechanism is obviously designed for thinner extrusions, but there is an absolutely fantastic fresnel lens effect when you turn the case around.

I quite like the brightly colored cap in one of the previous makes; might need to try that.
