This seems like an incredible amount of excess complexity and resources to avoid just drilling a hole in the box and using a connector - unless i’m missing something?
@ngolshan_129763 simplicity vs an elegant solution. A lot of people that 3d print like to tinker and create a more elegant and interesting solution. Definitely don't need to, there is a more simple choice.
Bambu has changed the design of the bottom plate of the X1C causing the current version to no longer work as printed. You can see the comparison between the new and the old style bottom plate in the attached photos. There is now an angled portion to the ribbing and the cavity where the transmitter sits has also shifted back roughly 1 cm from the old location. If you print these files you can still make it work but you will need to make the following hacks:
1: Notch the transmitter groove to allow it to sit flush on the bottom plate
2: Extend the "L" in the receiver plate roughly 1 cm
3: Remove the wall next to the receiver coil and slide the coil as far to the left as possible (red area in the picture) (edited)
@Shaladdin Thank you for these! Do you remember what font and size you used for the name/ type of filament?
A very handy selection of sample elements. Adding the description makes the search much easier. The fact that the author did not add the font information to the description is a little annoying, because you have to try it yourself. Despite everything a clear recommendation!
Excellent remix making it very versatile. Magnet holes are the perfect size and the number make it strong enough to hold together with normal handling. I haven't changed a thing but did tweak a benchy to have a flat bow that fits flush to the front of the stand so I can attach labels to organise the filaments. Thanks for a very useful remix.
