I had to reduce it to 10% of the original size.
Love this file thank you very much 😀 I made the seam on the wrong side😂but still love it
I ran these out of PLA to go on the side of mobile clamp rack. I wasnt sure about the design so I went with 5 walls to add some strength, but I dont know if I needed to do so. I also added a brim because of the height vs the footprint. Other than my slicer settings, this model needed nothing. Download, print, install, enjoy.
Note that these work for the majority of shoe racks that use the "standard" hinge/quadrant.
Really well fitting!
And in addition:

@allnamesused Glad that you like it :) Now you have endless supply... what material have you used? Looks like PETG (edited)
@SebastianDruckt yes, exactly. Prusa PETG it is and I hope it will last a bit :)
Would have worked great, if I had paid attention and noticed it was for a larger diameter sander than I have... whoops. Might try scaling it down to see if that works. (edited)
Works well with a Makita sander. When a protective disc is added to the pad, which is needed when sanding with mesh sanding paper, it becomes a very tight fit. I might modify the model and reprint it to fit my needs better.
Love the design. Would love a deeper one. I buy 50 packs and will not fit. I made a deeper version but if you would share the file and i will remix or you want to do it your self that would be great.
@Ankhadia I added the 150 mm honeycomb with 70 mm height. More will follow!
@SebastianDruckt you rock. I will keep an eye out
Would you mind to release STEP files or a version for the
SHARPAL 162N 8'' x 3'' / 203 x 76 mm
?
Also a 20 deg angle without fence would be nice- (edited)
This is so simple but so amazing idea. I've been pondering for years about a solution to sharpen my knifes and tools. I tried numerous solutions which didn't work well or were cumbersome to use. I even considered finally giving up and getting a Tormek, but it's big and expensive.
This design looks very promising! At least it will be the solution for the tools. I'm waiting for the rails to arrive to try it out.
Printed on Polymaker PETG in the MK4. Need to crank up the temperature to get better bed adhesion.
@SebastianDruckt the amazon link for the 6mm safety bolt appear to be broken. Do you have a link to another product page available to share? It looks like there is a 'head' to the rod that is thicker than 6mm to fill in the top opening of the router plate, but I do not know what type of bolt this is. Thanks!
@KenChan_2448887 The link is okay-ish - you need to remove the last character ) - https://amzn.eu/d/fJn8tR3 the closing bracket which shouldn't have been part of the link but of the text. (edited)
@blacs30_1954500 thanks for the reply, I should have realized this sooner. Cheers!
Great design! Would you be willing to share the CAD files in order to have sliders for imperial as well? 1/4" and 1/2".
@Marie0528m_983653 Hi Marie,
thank you!
As I'm not sharing CAD files any more because of misuse, I made 2 versions for you.
One has 4 x 1/2 inch holes and 7 x 1/4 inch (1/2 inch does not fit on the side with 7 holes)
The other has 11 x 1/4 inch.
Please let me know if that suits your needs!
@SebastianDruckt Thank you so much! this is perfect!! will share pics when the print is done!
Coole Idee aber das Modell dauert durch die Struktur Recht lange
@JanWo_1096670 das hängt von deinen Slicer Einstellungen ab. Ich konnte im Vergleich zum Original 4h und 30g Filament sparen 😉
