Do I need to print supports with this?
Do I need to print supports with this?
where to download the shuttes and step files?
Didn't put the flaps on since I will never really need them. If I need to raise temps, plan is to just remove riser. I also added a little bit of height for the riser. (edited)
It uses a lot of filament for the base and the walls, but it works. (edited)
J'ai le même problème.
Merci pour le partage
Did not have the described problem, but still good to be on the save side. Fits perfectly.
Printed with black PETG - but think I will print another in "Sovol blue" as soon as I find out what color that is 😉
Great fit, very secure!! Fits all the tools included with the printer and some space for the author’s z level alignment tools!
Perfect.
Printed with the only petg that I have. (The ryobi like color, from Duramic)
Easy ton print and install.
Thank you (edited)
Very sleek tool holder, holds all the allen wrenches that came with my SV06+.
Printed in Jessie Cyan PLA, at 0.20 layer height.
I did have to use a brim for the the door to keep it from lifting. Some bed weld or similar goop might have worked too.
My door hinges failed but that's ok, ill have to change some settings and try again.
Thanks for the great model!
Love this file. Fits perfect to my SV06+ no hassle to install. It’s up and out of the way of the nozzle but still get the air to where it needs to be. I’m properly happy with this. Printed on my Creality halot one.
Printed up nicely in PETG. The simple one part design utilizing the rear screw holes is the main reason I wanted to try this duct. So far I've printed a dozen parts over varying times and materials. The duct is holding up well. Thank you for the helpful model!
First of all, thanks for your effort and for sharing this model! But this design is flawed. I highly recommend you to watch a youtube video titled "Ultimate Duct Design Guide for 3D Printers | My Top 17 Secrets for Custom Cooling Ducts that WORK" which explains in details DOs and DONTs for designing an aerodynamically efficient fan duct.
@Akw_133901 Where's your version uploaded?
@Akw_133901 it would be nice if you gave any insight in your post other than "watch this video"
Love the slim design and easier flow path compared to others. Printed in PETG @ 240c
