Used a Mk4s with the models 200% scale, 0.1mm layer height. Printed with a brim on a Satin sheet. Models printed in PLA.

Will probably have better adhesion with the PEI sheet. Alternatively, I reckon resin prints will look the best.

Prints perfectly! Thank you for these models!

I used the ID-1 model in order to create 2 color cards as part of a pin based name tag to lanyard adapter project. The side for the name tag is black, while the backside was printed in neon green on the textured side of my build plate.

@Savage - just for convenience, here is a link to the badge holder used in the final project:

I chose that one over the one used in the prototype because it has a cutout where the support goes. This made post print cleanup much easier as well as eliminated the step of adding a pla interface layer between the support and the petg model.

I’m actually going to print up another card for use in my work badge lanyard. I’ll upload a photo once completed.

…and there we go, a two color badge in my 4 card work badge holder.
