Is that right? What are the 4 large holes on the flange?

Sorry been insane year at work and only just noticed your comment. For the same reasons, this project has been stalled but I do plan to post photos once it is all mounted.
The top is flange.stl with the wide flange on top of the lid and the rest passing through a hole in the lit.
From the bottom of the lid next is the washer which just provides some force distribution when you bolt through the flange. Both flange and washer have matching holes.
The filter holder then screws onto the bottom of the flange.
The 4 holes serve 2 purposes. Firstly, it is sized so hoses can pass through them for water to pass up. Secondly, should the filter back-up due to clogging, it allows the water an escape path rather than backing up far enough to flood out the top.

Nice, perfect fit. I printed the smaller version because I have thin case. Suggest for a design update: when you rotate the iPhone there is a white line where you swipe up and it goes to Home Screen. Add a small cut out for easier swipe up gesture. Tested on iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 15 pro.
Fits perfectly, doesn't move or wobble. Much better for the task than the random tools I was sticking in there to prop the lid.
Nice simple quick print. Catches slightly top and bottom on my P1S (see picture...). Is however nothing a quick pull with tweezers can't help with ...
Added the door seal after printing the 180 degree hinges and it all fit well together.
