Are you a student?
Please take the following as constructive criticism from a teacher of automotive engineering. If you are just freshman in university and made this as a 3d model, it's pretty good. If this was supposed to be an engine school project with associated calculus beside the engine, than this is bad.

This engine has a lot of design problems:
Wrist pin can't extend past piston diameter. You would need deep grooves in the cylinder in order to fit.
Skirt of a piston should be longer perpendicular to wrist pin axis. (piston skirts are longer to lessen the effect of side loads and the rocking of the piston)
Rod width should be less than cylinder bore diameter (otherwise the connecting rod will not fit during assembly)
Rings are too thick. Rings should be lightweight as they impact the piston grooves each cycle.
Too deep caps for connecting rods.
Cap rods need a flat surface for the bolts and nuts to rest on.
Wrist pins usually have a tapered hole form both ends, or at least a hole (removing mass from translation piston assembly is critical to fight inertia losses)
Never seen a piston without supports between the head of the piston and the wrist pin bosses. All the forces from the chamber press on the head and this should go directly to wrist pin.
Never seen a crankshaft without a hole in the output flange. Never seen a diesel engine with Hemi head of piston.
If it's gasoline engine then all parts are way out of proportion, especially the piston is too long, too heavy, and rod length is too great.
In drafting you have some missing values, and also critical values are not on the drawing, such as head of piston to wrist pin distance (you gave value from the bottom, not correct), cylinder spacing (you can see it on the crankshaft from the middle of each rod journal to next middle of rod journal)
Simulation if way off. this is not how an engine turns.
In terms of realism is far away.

Anyway, I've modeled it in Catia V5 and animated it correctly.
