TPU Flexfill 98A Natural (Fillamentum)

Das Model ist gut, leider fehlen Aussparungen für die 4 Lautsprecher und es ist bei den Tasten leider etwas zu wabbelig da die kleinen Teile frei stehen und nicht gedrückt sind. Das würde das Model perfekt machen

@RobertoBurkh_1222460 Bien vu pour les haut-parleurs, je n'avais même pas fait attention à ça! (je n'ai pas remarqué de problème de son même sans ouverture, mais ça améliorerait forcément le son avec des orifices en face des haut-parleurs).
Pour les encoches des boutons cela dépend du filament utilisé, chez moi ça tient plutôt bien en place avec du TPU Flexfill 98A (Fillamentum), mais c'est certainement améliorable, c'est une solution provisoire (ça permet de mieux repérer les boutons à l'utilisation, notamment de différencier plus facilement les boutons Volume et Power).

J'ai mis a disposition les fichiers source modifiables (f3d) n'hésitez pas à partager vos remix, le modèle est loin d'être parfait et il y aurait plein d'améliorations à apporter! (edited)

Many thanks! This came at a perfect time, since I just noticed one of my prusament spools was slowly wanting to split apart. This screw clamps both halves snugly, and I don't fear it coming loose anymore. I have also checked, and I can report that the slight additional width isn't a problem for the Sunlu S2 filament dryer that I am using.

Merci beaucoup ! Ceci est arrivé au bon moment, puisque je viens juste de m'apercevoir qu'une de mes bobines prusament voulait doucement se scinder en deux. Cette vis serre bien les 2 moitiés et je ne crains plus qu'elles se détachent désormais. J'ai aussi vérifié et je peux dire que la faible largeur additionnelle n'est pas un problème pour le sécheur de filament Sunlu S2 que j'utilise. (edited)

I had good results printing this on my Neptune 4 Pro in PLA. Once mounted, though, I think I need to edit the screw to be shorter, as I can see me snapping it off with my knee... I'll also be using PETG as I'm not sure the PLA would hold up well - there's a lot of flex in the 'C' bracket with minimal tightening.

All that said - great design that was easy to print and meets a need I had, so thank you very much!

The box is a nice fit for both the camera and the RPi. It has its flaws, though. Firstly, it does not provide for any kind of securing in the closed position, so I have to use sticky tape tape to keep it closed. It would be nice to have some kind of hook&nook solution to keep the box closed by itself. What's worse, the box lacks any ventilation. It is completely solid. I only use a web server to stream the camera, and still I occasionally kill the RPi. Good job it has reliable overheat protection.
I printed the version of the case with the camera holder on the side. That works nice for a vertical positioning of the camera, as my photos shows. It is a little awkward to rotate the camera 180 degrees, if you want to power the Raspberry from the left (relative to the camera), but that's not a problem of the design of the box of course. And it can be done.
