I'm super interested in making one of these, but I'm not well versed in ESP code. Do you mind sharing the code for getting the light precision on the back plate? Do you think I could just use WLED for this as it's a pretty simple effect?

I uploaded the esp code .ino that I used on this project.
I used Arduino IDE solfware so maybe you will need to tweak the code if you want to use WLED (Al platform can help you).
