Thanks for the feedback. It may be a tolerance issue, either on your end or mine. I am assuming you printed with a .4mm nozzle and .15mm layers. Which part did not fit properly, the wheel_stand or the wheel_base?
There is a .2mm tolerance to the inner diameter of the bearing set at line 74 in the scad file for the wheel_stand piece. The tolerances for the cavity that the bearing sits in in the wheel_base piece can be adjusted for the outer diameter and the bearing thickness at line 25. Alternatively, you can define the size of the bearing completely at lines 239-241.
