@pizzaman_1346583 lol that's awesome. I hope it was fun to print, build, and play with!
@RDPrintLab It is! I ended up using JB weld super glue and some tape over the grips and no issues so far with my own use!
Printed things in PETG, 15% infill, worked great! Will post a picture soon.
The face/head of the paddle works really well and hits well, but the joint mechanism attaching it to the handle broke after just a few games. I used a whole tube of loctite epoxy but it wasn't strong enough to hold them together without snapping along with the dowels.
@LeMikoo_405102 I appreciate the follow-up!
I would've expected the handle to snap, but it seems there may not be enough surface area for strong adhesion at the joint.
For what it's worth, I used white gorilla glue for my paddle and it's still holding. However, I haven't used it much since playing a handful of games after it was assembled.
This weekend I'll be playing with a revision of this paddle. If it seems to work well, I'll load it up over the next week.
@RDPrintLab Sweet! I am working on a version of my own and will upload it when I get it printed and tested.
Very useful for my Brio
