@Luisa_997271 Woah, what happened here?
@PrimeRetroGamer most probably extrusion issue. Reprinting :)
Thank you so much for the great attention to detail printed perfectly the option to easily swap out for 50mm fan is also a nice touch.
My only questions are would a 50mm fan duct be possible and could you squeeze in the second set of controller ports or this a physical limitation?
Oh and some spacers for the bottom two lugs (or thicker ones) that hold in the power and disc eject board would help ensure a snug fit and take a little strain off the bracket. (edited)
So glad you like it! :)
To be honest, the fan shroud didn’t make that much of a difference in my testing, so I ended up setting it aside. The biggest improvement for temps actually came from flipping a fan the other way around - it made a surprising difference!
About the controller ports, it is probably possible somehow. It would be easier if I didn't want the power button in the middle of the case, but I was very against that design choice. :D
About the power button mounting, I might revisit it someday - I know it's not 100% perfect. :D That thing took me so much time in general and I kinda stopped when it felt good enough for now. (edited)
@PrimeRetroGamer Ah i'll have to try that out!
Definetly think the power button in the middle is the best choice looking at it while dry fitting I think the psu would absolutely cause a z height issues at the current model height trying to fit the 2nd set of ports.
It was an easy fix i just slid in like 1.5/2mm i think filament spacers to keep it flush I totally understand why the gap is there to allow for easy installation it's all good. (edited)
Amazing design, printed mine with translucent PETG and everything went together really well. I tried a few fan options, ended up using a 50mm fan blowing into the case, took temps from about 65-68c to 50-53c after 30mins of PGR2.
Easy to print and fits perfectly, even with the wireless controllers. Thanks!
