What material did you use for the print? Regular PLA? Did you by any chance found something to use instead of the printed rubber caps? Seems this rubber stuff is complex to print (and keep the material dry), never tried yet and so I don't have the material either.
@BastiBT_1939815 If you have a bowden tube setup, you can have retraction issues with flexible filament, direct drive is the way to go. If you have direct drive, release most of the tension on the extruder and run it slow. I would think that end caps for wire shelving would work.
This was really useful for measuring and tuning X and Y dimensional accuracy. I recommend measuring from just slightly in from the edge to avoid any bulges on the corners. I measured while still on the build plate to avoid any bending.
I'm using Klipper so to update the configuration I needed to change the `rotation_distance` for `stepper_x` and `stepper_y` in the `printer.cfg`. Take the original value (40) divide by the measured value (99.8) and multiple by 100.
