If you are concerned about the whole thing with the display tipping backwards, the center of gravity due to the weight of the display is toward the front so it functions as any other monitor stand. My display is not touch screen, but I can confidently press on the screen without it tipping back.
If you are concerned about the arm folding backwards, there is a positive stop modeled in. It snaps into position. Even though the snap is pretty week, it will hold the foot in place if you pick it up.
I have not printed this, but it is a clever design that looks good.
