Going to use these to make a quick and simple enclosure with some aluminum composite panels. I printed three hinges at 65% scale, plus another three with the hinge joint cut out. Those will be used as backer plates. That should keep the rivets I attach the hinges with from pulling through the panels.
-----
Printed on an AnkerMake M5C-B in GreyBlue Hatchbox PETG with the following settings: 0.4mm nozzle, 0.20mm layers, 20% grid infill, stock PETG profile, no supports. The three full hinges used ~17g of material in 49min 56sec. The three 'plates' used ~12g of material in 32min 35sec.
