The first of several boards I need to store... This mount is perfect! Printed with 50% gyroid infil in PETG. Seems really sturdy. Tested with my big and small boards, but I may go with larger scale and higher infil for my longboard... it is really heavy (edited)
@ElijahGill_1010346 I wanted to ask how does it function over the time?
I saw one done with too low infill in PLA that cracked in the middle, and I wondered if it was a printing setting error, or actually the model and if I should remodel it.
I thought about making the middle part a bit sturdier, however, it would either require bigger holder or a different angle
@Patryk0404_353298 Mine have held up great. I did print one with more walls for the longboard without issues. I think petg is definitely a better material than pla for this type of part so maybe that's it
