In the current state, at least with my printer, the model makes for an extremely tight fit. Mating a standard part is possible but due to the groove being not quite deep enough, there remains a gap between the two parts as shown in the fotos. Assembly and disassembly requires quite some force, which may be related to the groove depth.

@tobi2205_383909 in dem Fall Knaus, aber das ist quasi egal, weil fast alle Hersteller bei den gleichen Zulieferern kaufen.
Da hilft nur messen und skalieren.
Fast and easy print, I just hope parts would stick together more firmly (or maybe petg filament wasn't the best choice) but because of the base it's not that big problem

Unfortunately my print did not succeed. The bottom stayed on the build plate and the top is not perfect. Next time I will increase the flow.
@LowRunneR So you rather rated your print than my design...
Try increasing the line width. Up to 1mm is no issue with a .4mm nozzle.
